you could run the subs in parallel, what ohms are subs and check if your amps are stable at 1ohm, 2 ohm, 4 ohms etc.

Jesus christ mate.
That amp is not designed to be used like that... and you will under power your subs.
Get a seperate amp for the subs.

that amp will give out 50w rms x2 and 150w for a sub, best to run that with 2 sets of speakers which will give 4 x 50w and buy a separate amp to power your two subs. That amp is quite low for power, if you have money to spend buy a better 4 channel amp for some speakers and another amp to power the sub like a monoblock or 2 channel amp

ok, you have two pre-outs from your headunit, you can use one for the 4 channel and one for the amp to power the sub, take out one of the RCA's connected to the 4 chanel amp and plug the RCA into the input and output of that same amp, 'daisy chain' it in other words. Then use the other output on the headunit for the sub amp. as for the power cable you will need a distribution block. if you run 4 gauge cable and get a distribution block that gives out two 8 gauge outputs you should be ok depending on the power of the amps. You will need to the do the same for the earth cable. The remote can just be split form the headunit . Hope this helps matey
this wiring kit should be ok:
