Im sure thats against your rights?
Well what would stop you getting a return and then just going into another store to end the contract?

If its over 14 days but under 28 days you will get an exchange
You have 14 days to cancel a contract
You can exchange the handset under warranty within the first 28 days
So if its over 14 days there isn't really much you can do
