Hav'nt officially started working yet so theres no chance id get the mortgage!! Hopefully something like this will be available in a bit when im ready to move. Just round the corner from where I am now aswell but closer to the town/shops/park/pubs etc

Yip, no reason to move anywhere else really, most of my friends & family are here etc

Edinburghs 20 minutes & Glasgows 1/2hr away - ideal!!!

Offers are going 10-20% over, Usually 10% but ive seen more up to around 20 if its a cracking house!
