Thinking of putting a cold air feed in to my car to help the 12v breathe a bit better. I will probably put a panel filter in and drill the airbox as I'm pretty sure the insurance company wouldn't care about that.
Anyway, there isn't much room, believe it or not, to get the cold air feed to either grill, without it hitting the rubber pipes that run from the radiator to engine.
Other people that have done it, does the cold air feed hit anything? I really can't see it getting to the standard air box without hitting anything?! The pipes from the radiator naturally get hot, so if it's touching the cold air feed, I would have thought it defeats the object of it being cold air
Any help would be hugely appreciated. Including pics of any that have been done!
Cheers

dont see the point in fitting a cold air feed then drilling holes in the airbox for it to suck in warm air from engine bay? fit a BMC, K&N apollo or other enclosed filter

Does yours have the standard one that runs from the upper grill to the airbox?
