Just come to fit one of the M-Tech short shift linkages which ive had for a while. When the conversion happened on the Corsa the original linkage was welded and extended. Am i right in thinking that the short shift wont fit with the extended bit & is designed to work without the welded extension as standard? Basically, will I need to get hold of an unwelded linkage to make the short shift fit properly.
