is it too low or too hard

if i soften it up on the front will it make this better?

Depends if its actually bouncy i.e taking a while to settle, or bone shattering

have you cut down the bumpstops? if not then thats the problem, its riding on them.

remember that if you want to go that low then you should also increase the bump setting on the damper (about 3 turns from softest)

bouncy (taking a while to settle) is too soft

bouncy (shocks going down spine) is too hard.

or stop driving over potholes

something hasnt been fitted properly then. see how many rings are on the bumpstop, then measure from the centre of the wheel to just under the front arch and get that measurement.

Definitely isnt a Vsport kit.

standard kits dont go down much more than 45mm before you get this problem. need to raise it slightly and cut down the bumpstop to 1.5 rings.
