identical in every way. so are the z18xe ones. I have some x16xe reods with standard pistons and ARP bolts in if you need some?

8v rods are different, there weaker than 16v rods.
Z18xep are also different, they have a different small end compared to 16xe rods afaik.

They are different, trust me.
Why do you thing rally cars with high revving engines, always use 16v rods/pistons.
They can sit at higher revs longer than 8v rod's.
I'll go rip my 1400 8v block apart and prove it if you want

I have some steel H-section rods for the c16xe/x16xe in stock, come complete with ARP bolts. Dimensions are 18mm little end, 46mm big end and 129.75 between centres. These sell at £345 but if enough people were interested i could organise a group buy and do them for £295 for 10+ people.
