Need to move my car to the house to get a new crossmember welded on, as the old one rusted so much it broke off, now its held up by the tie bars.
Would it buckle anything driving the car about 100 metres?

Push it.
Hows the tiebars holding the wheels straight if there not attached to the crossmember?

Got a hell of a rough road to push it across, much easier to drive it.
And the tiebars are still connected to the crossmember, its just the crossmember isnt attached to the car
