had my car door sprayed bout 3-4 weeks ago. i was jet washin it today i as the jetwash was on the door a flake of laquer came off, as i kept the jet wash in the same place it started to flake even more off. i kept the jet wash on the to see when it would stop and it seem to come to an end and i got a area of the door about 10inch x 6inch where it has come off and a rough edge where you can pick it off by hand.
i took it back to the garge and he said i shouldnt have jet washed it as the paint was quite fresh. i personally think this is bull shit so wot does everyone else think.?????

Yes and no. You really shouldnt jet wash fresh paint, really bad for it, but then, they might of used far too much lacquer, hence making it flake.

After 4 weeks id expect it to be fine for jet washing, sounds like a crap paint job imo
