Lost my phone on friday night, went through all the steps on getting a new one
Then they said Oh sorry your phone is out of stock.
We have 3 other phones available for you. THEY'RE VODAFONE.. and they run out of stock?
They offered me a Nokia N73, Samsung U700 and a Samsung z720

I don't understand why you can't understand them selling out of something?
If they didn't sell stuff & just kept excess stock for insurance claims then they wouldn't last long as a business
Also ask if you can get it from your local store, they let my friend do this

or do what i do and speak to a team leader and kick up a fuss and they tell you to go to your local voda shop and pick one up
