I got a new system delivered yesterday, couple of the parts are wrong or DOA, collected for RMA this afternoon, i'll see how quick they get the new parts out and get back to you.
Service from the most part has been good from them though, they used to have massive customer service issues but seem to have been sorted.

i dont tend to use them because ive had some bad experiences of DOA on arrival (about 50% of my orders have been DOA, mainly comptuer components), plus im not a fan of citylink, the drivers round here tend to lob stuff about

I've spent over £20,000 with them so far... only had 1 DOA memory stick and a few OEM products instead of retail ones. About 3 orders ago there was an Iomega 500gb external HDD in the box that I didnt order
Their main problem is that they use the shittest couriers on the planet
