just bought my new headunit and it doesnt have a remote out wire,how can i connect my amp up so that it only switches on when i turn the headuit on???it has a subwoofer out rca wich i guess i could attach an rca to the amps remote wire and plug it into the subout plug.would that mean my amp would only cum on when i press the xbass botton..or is there another way??

hook your remote wire to a switch and run a ignition feed to it thatl do the job

how do i get to the ignition feed

wire it to the yellow wire on the back of the stereo (ignition wire so iwll turn on with the stereo )
