sexbox is still a lot cheaper the prices are only the same if you want all the extras with the xbox.

my choice would be an xbox elite, purely for the amount of games it has, and its online community

although steve the xbox does have a subscription charge for online play where as the ps3 is free

mm, the wii is a totally different kind of console though to be fair and is very interactive, that is why i was not including it in the poll. the PS3 and the XBOX are very similar.

I just got a wii though for my little bro off the woolworths website

i think the real major thing i didnt want happening was to buy a XBOX and the ring come up and then that young girl comes out the TV and pulls me in

buy an elite then they are modified to be reliable elites are cheaper than ps3's and come with a 120gb hdd

used to be a big playstaion fan,
but playabilty,games,controlers,online gaming etc just far superior than P.S,

PS3 has bluray which is something usable

120gb hard drive isn't a reason to buy one imo

Free online play, good game range & good titles in upcoming year. Quieter & more reliable (bite here Steve)

Xbox could cost you £40 a year extra due to online. All adds up

ah but the elites are quieter

the onyl thing the ps3 has over the elite is blu ray, but 120gb hard drive means i can just stick any hd movies on the hdd or stream them

its no contest. xbox is inferior. they had to re-make it and re-release a new one. shows how good they are. its not even greatly improved. only enough to convince graph day people like steve, which nobody really cares about.

Why not just buy which ever one has the games that YOU like. They both have some good titles out now, so theres no reason to or not to buy either.

I have both, and my vote goes to the PS3.

The Xbox is unreliable.
Isn't Wi-Fi enabled
Costs to play online

PS3 FTW.
