Does anyone know or can check the size of the tyre on the 14" steelie that comes as a spare in the 1.6 sports? I'm at work and need to know asap.

i always thought they were 175/65/r14
on the steels, but i also may be competly wrong, it'l be either 175 or 185

yes they are, 1.4 has smaller brakes then the 1.6 so 1.4 comes with 13 ininch steelie and 1.6 comes with 14 insch steelie

mines a 1.2 n it came with a 14inch

Fro, its definitely a 185/60/14, the same size tyre that came on the standard sport rims.

1.6 Sport Rim/Spare is a 185/60/14

1.4 and 1.2 Sport/SXi Rim/Spare is a 165/16/14

Thanks peeps I didnt know what the standard sport rims size was as my car had 15" twinspokes as an extra
