I'd take a serious look into buying while your at it. I did that and ended up buying my own place because it was cheaper to do in the long run.

you dont live in london my freind. rent on properties comes no where close to morgage price.
if a pay £600 for a 1 bed flat, the morgage would be about £800 per month.
not worth it at this time of my life

I didn't take note of the location. tbh, if house prices were like that where i lived i'd move location as a matter of principle

if i didnt have ties to living here, a job along the south east coast would suit me well + the house prices are a bit more affordible to wage
