Right i can get my c20xe to start it ticks over like its missing but its getting a good spark on all 4 cyclinders, getting plenty of fuel as well cus its overfuelinbg like fuck on tickover.
It runs like this for about 30 seconds and then just dies and you cannot start it for another 5-10 mins and then it will do exactly the same.

Any idea's what it could be

Right then parts changed or checked:
New Leads
New plugs
New rotor arm
New Crank Sensor
New CTS
Afm is working
ICV cleaned
Timing checked
Firing order checked
Compression tested and fine

Any help very much apriciated

yes, but is that imoaliser not linked to the old engine's ecu?

hence it shouldn't affect the new engine

The coil/ignition amp could be overheating
Hence it running for 30secs, then not starting again for ages

Also, try fuel pump relay.

What fuel pump is it running? Check all the vacuum hosing to the fuel reg as this will of course decide what pressure to run, and the the reg itself as ive seen these have holes in the top (very small).
