its a 2.0 8v, when i start it it revs up non stop but then when i engage the clutch a little bit 2 lower the revs it goes down to wht it should 4 about 2 seconds then just drops and stalls is this the idle control valve also where is it located on the engine

when i say revs up non stop i mean it will keep going till redline
