FAT32 has a file size limit of 4gig.

Not much reason to have any drive over 32 gb formatted as fat now anyway.

Just run the command:
convert X: /fs:ntfs

Start > Run > cmd (replacing X: with the drive letter of your choice obviously)

so im doing that and its taking FOOOOOOOOOOREVER
