Sorry for posting this here, but i really need to find out ASAP
I m busy replacing my fuel pump, and would like to know how to remove it from the housing?
Can i just pull it?

Fairly sure they twist out mate. I used a punch to knock mine round before I could wiggle it out.
Remember to leave the boot and doors open whiles you're working though

What exactly do you mean?
Hit the top of the pump and try and swivel and nudge it out?

theres 3 clips on the suround. that clip over the top of the pump.
how much petrol is left in the tank? its alot easier with less petrol.
the clips arent hard to unclip its just trying to keep the upwards pressure on the pump while uncliping the 3 clips.
there should be a hook or hole on the top of the pump i used an old metal coat hanger to pull the pump out.
Good luck

Just turn the key. I'll turn over a few times then start up.
