Whittie, not being rude but your sort of post really does get on my tits. You cannot say what is needed for a fucking rebuild until you take it apart, you will be extremely lucky to re-ring a LET.
Regarding what is needed to put an XE into a GSI, either hit the search button, go onto MIG and search or see the thread on Vauxsport about it.
