no as long as they don't flash, however they will draw unwanted attention and look really gay,

as for changing them, open bonnet, twist bulb holder, pull bulb out, easy. look at it, its self explanatory

all except standard white light bulbs yes, best to not even go there police pull any1 with any colour other than standard white lights, the same applies to washer jet LEDS unless they are white then a deffinite no no, besides they do look really cheesy
