According to review several people who tried it have lost pounds in days!

I guess like anything it depends on commitment

I have also seen some games in the pipeline for it too which will also incorporate the steering wheel and the gun!!!
i.e you sit on a chair use the board for pedals and the steering wheel to drive!

I have had email to say mines ready to dispatch so I will let you know what I think this time next week

p.s good luck getting it as its practically sold out already

Mens fitness done a test, it won't make you fit but its infinitely better than sitting on your fat arse with a controller.
