how would i go about repairing this

would you go for p40 1st then a scim of p38 to smooth it???

needs to sanded right back to the plastic imo as it dont look like the plastic is key'd very well

sounds like a little bit more work than i wanted to do so ill just drop it in2 my body shop lol
