hello ive changed the heater control unit on my missus' ka as it snapped (common fault) now ive bled the coolent.. the heaters in the car are boiling hot even wen u put it onto cold..theres no change.. can ne1 shed some light pls

there is a valve in the engine bay if its the same system as the fezzie, it jams. you need a new one,.

ok ill check that out..but it seems very strange for that to go exactly the same time as the heater control unit (under the scuttle panel) i will check it out tho mate..thanks
