gearbox under the linkage or if it has ABS it could be one of the ABS sensors that supplies the signal.
if its cable driven it will be in the gearbox next to the gear linkage.

yea because my abs is always coming on when breaking normally,would that be due to the abs sensor because i just took it to get it checked and i was told it was a dodgy speed sensor

a dodgy abs sensor can cause the same problem.
on some corsas the ABS sensor and the SPEED sensor are the same part.
