ive found old files on a usb stick

They're encrypted and it wont let me open them...

i can see them as thumbnails


but when I try open them I get an error message saying..

access tto f:/............ was denied




and when I try copy or move them I get..

cannot move, access denied
make sure such and such not write protected




any ideas?
