Easy to do? Looks straight forward but anything I should know? Do I need to drop the exhaust?

Easy to do yes. The manifold will need to be dropped, and get a torque wrench if you haven't got one, and some oil
Oh and get some paste in between the gasket to make it seal better, I forget what its called.
