Hi does anyone know what formats of video the 360 supports from an external hard drive.
Basically want to put films on a external hard drive and watch them through the xbox?

Presumably the same as it supports via streaming.
WMV, XVID, DIVX etc

cant do that like you can for music. To watch video on xbox it has to be streamed from a pc.
