Author central locking not working any more!

My central locking has packed up, My alternator diode packed up, over charged battery, battery cooked itself, next day it was dead and the 20A fuse for the central locking had stoped working, i changed the fuse but still not working i can hear a relay click when you lock or unlock (from the leaver inside)
Any ideas what it could be or how to reset it?

Is 13 the top right? if so then its been changed
