Was it used via HDMI before, if so it's probably still trying to output through that, you have to hold the power button down for a while to reset it, and it'll output via scart
(Nath had this prob recently as well)

were you using the scart adaptor in your brothers TV?
Dunno what's up with it if it works on one tv with scart, but not the other, weird

If it works on one tv and not the other surely its down to tv settings?

Using the HDMI cable? Or the scart cable
Read the thread, there is a setting that needs to be changed

connect the scart and the hd cable to your brothers tv, go to the display settings and change it to display through scart instead of HDMI. Then plug it into your TV through the scart.
I'd imagine at the moment it's displaying through the HD cable, not the scart. So when you plug it in your TV (which i guess you use scart for) then it's not working.

You need to hold the power button for ages, at least 30 seconds I think.
