Unplugged tv last night (sound was working), and i've plugged everything back in today and there is no sound 
Download a new driver?

lol gonna need a little more info, sound from what pc ?
what connections are you using, is the sound working on any other part of the tv e.g freeview box ect?
what model tv is it.

Sorry. TV is fine. On normal tv it works fine.
Just using a cable from pc to tv

ok try the basic things first.
check the sound is turned on from the sytem panel on the lower right and not muted.
play something on the pc such as a movie or music so there is something playing sound.
not make sure the cable is in the correct plug on the tv and its set to the correct channel.
now make sure the plug on the pc is in the correct port, most sound cards have 3 inputs for 3.5 mm jacks so check each one of these individually whilst the tv is on so you can see whch one is the correct one.
if that doesnt work then try pluggin the lead from the pc into a set of normal speakers or something, try to eliminate the problems one by one logically rather than just guessing.
