Pretty much new sounds and you can make your own
contacts can be shown listed with pictures next to them
You can have 200kb gifs as a display picture
Your no longer online, busy, away, out to lunch etc... its available, busy, away and appear offline
Display picture is moved to the top left
Theres a whats new tab.. Shows what people have done..

You can also be signed in in more than one place, good feature I think.

also if you hover on a contact a new menu comes up..

The only real difference you can see in they pictures is the display pictures being on the left, the display pictures in the messenger window can be turned off.
Not much else to look shite apart from that.

Worth a try tbh.. if you dont like it just change back..
Think the idea of msn change is just a bit daunting.. it hasnt changed for a good while
