Can anybody post a few pics for me please?
I need a pic of the thermostat to radiator pipe and also the heater matrix pipe to head pipe?
What have people done to link the head to heater matrix as the heater matrix pipe is around 16mm and the head is about 20mm in diameter.

What rad are you using? If your using a 2.0 rad the thermostat to radiator pipe wont be a good fit. Just buy a roose motorsport silicone hose kit, was the best thing i bought for my old xe & my let. Well worth it & everything fits perfect

Think the rad is off a 1.4 or Diesel. I have everything sorted except these 2 pipes, I will buy a hose kit but not until new year as I need tyres and wheels painting yet. Any engine pices of use bud?

I've cut the left hand matrix pipe as you look at it from the front of the car, Then joined that to the plastic pipe. The right pipe I didnt cut and am joining that to the side of the head. I'm struggling to get a normal pipe on without kinking it.
I've emails Roose to see if they can do me a reducing elbow in the size I need.
Just wondered how everyone else did it.

Cheers Ste, That's exactly how I have mine running, Just on the matrix to head, The pipe kinks due to the inlet manifold being close to the bulkhead.

You mean the copper pipe? I did that on one of the pipes but thought the one nearest the N/S would be ok, The old saying about assumption being the mother of all fuck ups seems apt now
