Just moved in to the new flat and there seems to be a problem with my (INSERT PROPER NAME HERE) pump thingy.
Its making a constant rattling noise whenever the HW or CH is on.. I believe its coming from the red pump thing or the section of pipe right above it.
Obviously I will let the landlord know and he will fix it. But is it a big job?
I took a quick video of it as well so I could send over if people wanted to listen too it.

Pumps about 100 quid I think from a merchant, obviously more to fit.

yep, bearings in the pump have worn, Piss easy to change though, pumps are as Colin said about £100
