everytime the phone rings my internet connections cuts out and restarts itself!! have checked all sockets have filters on, what else could it be?

Check your sockets and they are not wired up with a 3rd bell wire. It's often not needed on a modern phone system. That can cause problems. You only need wires 2 and 5 on the punch downs.

sorry should have said, i use to cut off then it ran fine for ages now it has stared again. i have not changed anything????

Got any spare filters to try?. Apart from that i'm stumped. Can only think of a loose wire etc..

It'll be the filters not wired properly.

Unplug everything, go around and try everything one bit at a time, use your mobile to phone and see when it fails, make sure the filters are all connected the correct way
