in the process of putting my xe engine back together. torqued down the head bolts ton the reccomended 25nm then 3 lots of 90 degree. got to the 3rd lot of 90 on the last bolt and as it got to 90 the bolt just spun.

WHAT DO I DO?

dont even bother, if the engine is not in ur car then its not much hassle. dont try and do things the easy way out as it will come back and bite you. remove the head, buy new bolts, get block helicoiled. gna cost u bout 50quid but u will know its done right
