hello peeps i got spax shocks and springs on my corsa at the front but its bouncy as HELL prob becauz have redtop engine in what poundage springs do i need and where the best place 2 buy them from?

are you on coilovers or normal shocker/spring type combo?
if coilovers - spax direct, 313lbs - £25 each spring..
if the latter, then use coilsprings, as they do custom spring's made to any spec

for road use i would use 275 at the very most, anything over will give you a hell of a lot of understeer.

the ID means internal diameter in that link you'll need to measure you springs dude hence the next link of tapemeasure
