Hi, registered here a long while back, when i had an awful 12 valve with loads of problems. Which i ended up crashing into a lorry and it got wrote off. I now have a Nova 1200 8 valve which was going to be a project but was too rotten, but i like the 8 valves alot. So im now purchasing my mums 56k Corsa 1.2 Trip which i intend to use once my insurance runs out. So whilst im waiting i wanted to put something in with abit more guts, so thought about an astra mk3 1600 or a Nova GTE/GSi lump. Now for the question, would it be worthwhile to convert it over to mpi and how do you go about doing it? Or would i be best to stick to an spi throttle body and manifold and use the corsa's existing wiring with the correct ecu? I really want to stick to a small block 8 valve. So xe 1400's, 1600's and a redtop isn't going to happen... Any help much appreciated!
