sold a voucher on ebay,
the store where he went said it hadnt been cedited with thte whole £80, so ive said i'll refund him an amount.
however the paypal payment he made is being ''held'' in buyer dispute,
says its not avaliable untill he issue is resolved.
how do i get it so i can refund him, i havent aken the monies out of paypal so should still be there to refund

I'd ring paypal, i always take money out of paypal straight away, people will try anything to get money back.
ask the person to send the voucher back and check yourself.
