Right, I've instlled everything I need, I have pictures on the phone, I can connect the phone to this very laptop but it KEEPS saying there are 'no images on the device'
I'm doing everything it tells mt to do but it just can't seem to find the 21 pictures I took the other day
Can anyone shed some light on this please?

Have you tried just accessing the phone via "My Computer" - I very rarely bother with software, and haven't with my C902 and always get my images off like that...
Alternatively, try updating the software, again that was something I had to do to my C902 when it kept turning itself off

Tried the 'my computer' approach and the folders are empty
The images are on the phone, they're not lost or corrupt

Ah yeh I forgot about the various connection options - I think I used to just select Phone Mode
I don't use mine anymore - I sat on it and broke the screen, replaced the screen, put the battery back in and it started smoking - sat in my drawer in pieces ever since
