My mrs has one and I've only had a quick play on it. Seems decent enough but has plenty of stuff on there she'll never use
Does have a tendancy to crash occaisionally but hopefully a firmware upgrade should fix that

Camera is a bit shit (3.2MP), but I don't buy a phone for serious camera use...
If you upgrade or go Vodafone, get the generic ROM flashed to it... The Vodafone ROM is a pile of absolute cock-cheese...

I was stuck between getting an X1 or an Touch HD.
I eventually decided on the Touch HD as from what I'd seen and heard it was more finger friendly, and didn't need as much stylus use. Though obviously X1 users have the advantage of a real hardware keyboard, but I'm alright at typing on a touchscreen now
