Stupid question but just wanna make sure im not going crazy or anything.
BUT
Is the gsi rear EXACTLY the same as any old pre 97 bumper you find on the old crappy corsas in scrap yards, even the black bumpers on the poverty edt ones.
Just I can get a brand new gsi rear for a tad over 100 from autovaux but if its the same as any other pre 97 then surly if i find a good condition one and get it painted it will be the same?
Cant see any differene in them myself...

They are exactly the same. Don't get a semi CCd one though as they have a ridge where the pant stops.

the gsi is slightly bigger and you can only tell if you put the 2 side by side
