Aup! ive just received a laptop and interested in buying more ram etc.
on pc wizard it says te following:
Mainboard : Dell Computer Corporation 0X2034
Processor : Intel Pentium M @ 1400 MHz
Physical Memory : 512 MB (2 x 256 DDR-SDRAM )
I know its low as fuck spec but dont want to seem ungrateful 
Any one know what ram to buy or processor and ram, looking to spend about 80?? cheers

dont take my word for it though, guessing you have a latitude d series???
as the c series only came with 256mb total

i wouldnt go too crazy with ram though, i doubt it'll take any more than 1gb

as mentioned above, www.crucial.com/uk - put in your system spec/model number and you'll get recommended ram, how much you can fit and all sorts

Yer done that thanks, says it will take 2GB of ram.
I'll have to get it sorted.
what over stuff can i get to speed it up generally?
