How old is the sport engine? As in what year?

Exhaust has it's differences, not sure how far back it is different - but the cat and downpipe back to the mid section is certainly different

- use mounts off the 1.2 iirc.
- you're right about the clocks
- will need a new cat (or to weld old one i guess) assuming you have the
- manifold with the engine. old centre section and backbox off will be fine
- will need new brakes really / maybe struts unless the engine comes with those
- mpi fuel pump

and it might have PAS as an N reg but not sure. later 1600's did anway

just thought, i'm on about the original being an 8v. Not sure if that's the case for your pals
