Can someone please explain the difference between NTFS and FAT32? in simple terms.

NTFS is used in windows and i tihnk it allows more security permissions to be assigned to files and folders than FAT32. If its a HD ina normal pc it should be NTFS if its for seomthing else go for FAT32
