Will an X14XE cat in the system with a C20XE be sufficient to get the car through an MOT?

i.e. will it pass emissions?

It's a '93 engine so I'm pretty sure it needs a cat

I'll bump this, would like to get a proper test on my car so I would be gratefull if I could get an answer?

probably work to an extent, but surley the pipes are different bore so would have to be modified, etc?

It should bring it down enough, you cant prove your enigne is 91 or 93 so just say its 91. 93 would need a cat yes
