My corsa sport seems to be quite slow in 1st and second
When you put your foot down theres quite abig flat spot and it eventually
moves, is there anything i can try before stripping down the inlet
im more into 8v's so not to up on info on the 16's
Also it tops out at 95 when my sri used to do 115 no probs

i had the same problem with my old x14xe mate. it turnt out to be the bootom pullley that alternater belt goes onto was fuked. it sounds silly but it true an 100% worth doin.

bottom pulley's woodruf key could be worn so that will throw out the ignition timing.

air leaks due to perrished hoses is common which will make it hold back a lot

MAP sensor, Lambda sensor, Colant temperature sensor will cause this problem.

also collapsing cat will do this.

what has the car had done to it . . . i.e any mods at all.
also when was the last time you had it serviced? as this will impare the performance of the vehicle

im going to give it a service today oil filter spark plugs etc,
its just had a brand new cat and i know it is a bit leaky could that be it ?
the eml came on once when doing 80mph but the paper clip test came back with nothing
