Author Nova/Corsa hubs into bearings using freezer+oven?

Is it possible to put Nova hubs into the freezer for a few hours, then bake a new wheel bearing (how hot can I go? do they have grease inside???) then just drop the hub through the bearing?

Do I need to put circlips on the bearing before or after this?

Any help appreciated

No shit and i doubt they'd be too easy after sitting next to the ice cream for a while

Have them pressed in, or use a big vice

Would a garage vice do the trick then mate? Would a smear of something like lithium grease help at all?
