been keeping an eye on them for a while, but anything between 250 and 350 for a 3G (16GB units are up at the upper end of that range) - i've seen second hand ones go for 350 whilst brand new ones for less that 300. There are a few bargins to be had though.
As for older 2G units, they seem to be going for around the 100-200 mark - although i would wait til the launch of the 3GS as that should push prices further down
