Only seems to do it when im giving it some stick, rest of the time its fine.

If i stop the engine for a few seconds and then start it goes out again

Thats the engine management light, could mean you have a problem somewhere. Needs linking up to a daignostic machine to see what the problem is.

This the orange light. THis is ur engine management light, which means theres something wrong.

Take it to Vauxhall, get it plugged into Tech one (bout £25) and it'll give them a fault code and u'll find out the problem.
